1. Are Weight Watchers POINTS® values the same as IncrEdible Credits?
No, IncrEdible Credits have nothing to do with the POINTS values of Weight Watchers food products. IncrEdible Credits were specifically assigned to the food products for the sole purpose of redeeming rewards in the Weight Watchers IncrEdible Rewards program.

2. What is an IncrEdible Credit?
An IncrEdible Credit is a unit of currency in the Weight Watchers IncrEdible Rewards program that allows you to redeem your credits earned for rewards through the online catalog. IncrEdible Credits can only be redeemed through the Web site, have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3. How do I get IncrEdible Credits?
You may receive credits by purchasing Weight Watchers food products in the store or at Weight Watchers meetings locations. For a list of participating Weight Watchers products and their IncrEdible Credit values, click here

4.How do I sign up for Weight Watchers IncrEdible Rewards?
You can register an account here.

5.How do I submit IncrEdible Credits?
After you are logged into your IncrEdible Rewards account, click on the "Submit Credits" link at the top of the page and follow instructions on the claim submission form.

6. How long does it take to process my IncrEdible Credit claim once I have mailed it in?
You should allow up to 2-3 weeks from the postmarked date for your IncrEdible credits to be processed, verified, and added to your account online. You will receive a notification e-mail when any IncrEdible Credits are uploaded to your account and ready for your use.

7. How many IncrEdible Credits do I need to earn a reward?
All rewards are priced in IncrEdible credits. Simply browse through the rewards catalog on the left side of the screen to determine the cost of an item in IncrEdible credits.

8. Will my IncrEdible credits expire?
Your IncrEdible credits will not expire while the program is active. However, Weight Watchers reserves the right to end or alter this program at anytime.

9. How long will it take to receive a reward once I have redeemed it?
This varies depending on the location of your ship to address. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your reward.

10. Are there shipping and handling prices for rewards?
Shipping and handling charges are included in the credit price no matter where in the U.S. you reside.

11. Are all Weight Watchers food items eligible for the program?
Please view our list of participating Weight Watchers items here: http://www.wwincrediblerewards.com/index.php?category_id=2. If your item is not listed, it is currently not eligible for credits in the program. Check back regularly as new items may be added in the future.

12. Do you have a physical catalog of rewards?
At this time, a physical catalog of rewards is unavailable as this is an online rewards program only.

13. How do I edit my registration information?
You can edit your account information on your profile page. Simply log in to your account and click on the "edit details" link.

14. Why aren’t Smart Ones included in the IncrEdible Rewards program?
At this time, the Weight Watchers IncrEdible Rewards program only includes
products for the Weight Watchers brand and does not include Smart Ones™ frozen entrees/meals. The following Weight Watchers categories are included and can be found at your local supermarket: Snack cakes, muffins, cookies, cheese, cream cheese, frozen novelties, yogurt, bread and chocolate candies. 15. I sent in UPC codes in over 2 weeks ago and my account has still not been credited. When can I expect my account to be credited? Is there anyway I can check on the status of my submission?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process submissions from the day we receive your claim.

16. I should have received X amount of credits and I only received Y amount of credits.
We personally scan each UPC code submitted into our system, which recognizes the codes from every Weight Watchers participating product. If the product and code are not listed, they are not eligible for IncrEdible Rewards. To see a list of participating products, and their codes, please click here.

17. Can you please tell me when my order is going to be shipped?
Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping your IncrEdible Reward.

18. The Reward item I was looking for does not seem to be available anymore. Why is this?
In order to offer the greatest possible number of IncrEdible Rewards, items in the catalog change frequently based on availability from our suppliers and sometimes items become unavailable to us,therefore, have to be removed from the online catalog.

19. The value of the Reward items have changed. Why is this?
The value of IncrEdible Rewards may fluctuate depending on availability from our suppliers and other variables; all items available while supplies last. 20. The program used to accept store receipts to accept Weight Watchers yogurt cups, now I have to send in my UPC?
Yes, we found that receipts varied by store and in many cases we were unable to verify on all receipts the yogurt purchased and listed on the receipts was Weight Watchers. In order to provide our participants with accurate IncrEdible Credits, UPCs for WW 6 oz yogurt cups are necessary for fulfillment.

21. I can only send in 150 UPCs a week. Why is this?
Due to the high volume of submissions received on a daily basis, 150 UPCs per outside envelope per seven (7) day period was set to provide our participants with the most accurate and timely processing of their IncrEdible Credits. This will help to eliminate any delays in processing IncrEdible Credits to your account. You may send in any remaining UPCs the following week for credits.

22. I want to return the reward I received. How can I do this?
All redemptions for Reward Items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

23. Have the rules to the program changes?
